Use one agent

The number one reason savvy buyers hire a REALTOR® to help them navigate through the process of building a new home or finding an existing home is:

  • When looking at new homes, the agent in the sales center is a "Sellers Agent"
  • When looking at existing homes, the listing agent is a "Sellers Agent"

This means that they are representing the seller, not you to sell their homes for the best price in the shortest amount of time. This also means that any confidential information you share with them is not confidential, as they have a fudiciary responsibility to share all information with the seller.

  • You have the ability to hire a REALTOR® to work for you as a "Buyers Agent"
  • YOU DO NOT PAY ME ANYTHING for this service

This means that they are working for YOU to find you a home that meets your needs at the best price possible. Any and all confidential information you give to them (with the exception of any information needed to complete a transaction) is held in the strictest confidence and CANNOT be shared with the seller or seller's agent. They have access to ALL the listings in the valley, and can create a profile for you to assure that you are seeing every house that is in your price range and meets the other criteria that you have set for your new home needs.

After a short interview process, I will match your "wish list" with available communities, saving you a considerable amount of time. In the case of a newly built home, helping you sort through the maze of builders, developments and inventory homes that all offer their own incentives and amenities will make the process of making your new home purchase seamless and actually enjoyable! For existing homes, helping you to sort through disclosures, inspections, contracts, timing and available homes.

  • Once we find your home, I will help negotiate your price.
